Looking for info on roundup deployments

Hi all:

I am working on an article for LWN.net on Roundup's 20th anniversary
and recent improvements.

I make the claim that many organizations use Roundup. I am trying to
get some data to support this statement. However I have no way to
count/access the membership of this list. Even if I could, it
wouldn't tell me how many roundup deployments there are.

If you plan on responding it would be best to have the info before
August 28th. But responses after that may be useful to me for other
articles.

If you are running a Roundup deployment can you share with me:

  company/organization name:

  how long you have been using it:

  how many instances there are:

  how are they used:
   (help-desk, bug tracking, customer support portal,
     employment candidate tracking, CRM ...)

  can I mention your deployment in the article:
    (default is no.)

  if yes, what URL would you like me to link to:
    (default no link, it can be the organization home page.)


Also I am personally interested (these are optional questions) in:

  number of users you support:
    (less than 50, 50-100, 101-500, 501-1000, more than 1001)

  version of roundup:
