Merry Christmas and a little present for OTP fans

Hi all:

I hope everybody had a happy or at least gentle Christmas.

Over the past couple of days I cooked up a mechanism for adding Hmac
One Time Passwords (HOTP) to a Roundup tracker.

I documented how to do it on the wiki at:

It includes a login action wrapper which could be modified to require
HOTP for users with the admin or similarly privileged role.

If anybody would like to use my code as a basis for adding TOTP
(time based) support, feel free.
