Steps to reproduce this behaviour :

.) create new issue with title "TMCS Version 8.806.17 @Vmware / tvmRel81Srv16A"
.) add a change note "tvmRel81Srv16A.tmcsOne.pdts.at"

.) create new issue with title "TMCS Version 8.806.17 @Vmware / tvmRel81Srv19A"
.) add a change note "tvmRel81Srv19A.tmcsOne.pdts.at"

.) search with 'All text' filter on "tvmRel81Srv19A" give you both issues

.) search with 'All text' filter on "tvmRel81Srv16A" give you both issues

Comment: tvmRel81Srv16A and tvmRel81Srv19A are host names of our test environment

expected behaviour : 
search with 'All text' filter on "tvmRel81Srv16A" shall just found the issue respective tvmRel81Srv16A

search with 'All text' filter on "tvmRel81Srv19A" shall just found the issue respective tvmRel81Srv19A
