Remove support for sqlite-2 and sqlite-1 (sqlite-3 released in 2004)

Hi all:

I was doing some cleanup in the sqlite backend and realised that
it still tries to support sqlite2 and sqlite1 modules.

Given that sqlite3 was released in 2004, I think we are safe to remove
the code supporting earlier versions of sqlite.

If somebody is still running that version I suggest you export/import
and convert to using sqlite3.

Does anybody have an issue with this?
