tracker does not want to send mail

I am setting up a tracker on a new VM running Linux Mint 21.
The VM has postfix installed and running, and I can send test emails from the command line.

I have these two lines in my config.ini file for this tracker:
[mail]
host = as2inc-com.mail.protection.outlook.com

I don't get any emails sent from the tracker. I'm sure I'm missing something, just not sure what it is or where to look for more information.
