Yup, I forgot to mention you need to restart Roundup if you are
running using a persistent process (roundup-server, wsgi, mod_python,
...). Good catch.

Hmm, bad.

Please check your config.ini and tell me what your messages_to_author
is set to. By default it's no.

I assume you are changing an issue by adding a change note with
somebody *other than you* on the nosy list. IIRC it will not send an
email notification to the person who made the change unless
messages_to_author is set to yes.

If it's set to yes, how are you testing the ability to send email? Are
you able to send email via the smtp port as I outlined in my original
email?
