Yup that looks fine. If Roundup is sending email, there should be a
postfix log entry when it connects to the server. There should be one
for your telnet as well.

I haven't set up postfix in many years, but I seem to remember that it
is possible to reject an non-local email address received via smtp
(although I could be confusing it with another MTA). IIRC it was to
stop postfix from being an open mail relay. I don't know if it was the
default or not though. You could still send non-local email using the
sendmail stub program or the submit interface. I don't expect that to
be an issue but I bring up since it was easy to diagnose from the logs
if you knew what you were looking for.
