wSGI roundup users - 2.3.0 release help needed.

Hi all:

As part of the 2.2.0 release, a feature flag was added to enable
caching of wSGI tracker instances rather than reloading them on a new
connection. This produces a 3x speedup in complex trackers.

The plan was to get some experience with this setting and then enable
it permanently if there are no errors.

Is anybody other than Ralf using this flag? If so are you having any
issues with it?

I would like to close out
https://issues.roundup-tracker.org/issue2551218 on 2.3.0 if we can get
it tested and confirmation that it works for 3 or 4 other people
before release.
