I replied to your earlier report on this. Geting the ps -ef outout for
roundup-tracker would be useful. Maybe this is an isue with a
different character set or locale?

I am running 15.3 in development. The docs claim anything 8.x or
newer. So 16.x (bookworm) should work.

different from the one that is in the source tree?
