The problem isn't really even with software, we would just need
to sit down, fix some remaining issues, and make an integrated
release of the whole Midgard software environment:

* Aegir
~  -> Some remaining minor bugs need to be fixed
~  -> Release stable 1.0.3

* MidCOM
~  -> Integrate the latest HTMLAREA editor
~  -> Release stable 1.2.0

* Midgard
~  -> Kill non-mmp mod_midgard
~  -> create new midgard-data with datagard, Aegir and MidCOM
~  -> Release 1.6 alpha

Alexander was appointed as the release manager, but doesn't
seem to have the time. Piotras mentioned that he could do the
release, and so did Daniel. But who will actually have the time
needed?

A nice-to-have for Midgard 1.6 would be Windows installer, but
I'm willing to skip that as long as we can at least have something
that is stable and integrates these new pieces of software.

These things need to be resolved before even thinking about
new stuff like MultiLang, MidRepository and PHP5.
