"General" properties missing & "edit in file" download of .xml file doesn't work

   Hi!

I'm using the lastest trunk version and found that when editing  
properties only the System-tab is available, but not the more useful  
General-tab. Is this a bug or something with my installation?

Another problem I found is that when doing "edit in file" and  
clicking the link to download an .xml document the sytem tries to  
parse it and therefore complains that there's no XSLT available.
