Error of displaying navigation tree + a other

Hi all,

This new CMS is perfect... now I'm making my new web site.
First big thanks for all this works!

OK, is fonctional with admin interface and web side,
but I have some errors:

A) I have this PHP error when I go in the Gallery photo page

B) The posting of the navigation-tree (at left) in the interface admin is
not correct! For each opened directory, a same sub-directory name is
posted (ghost). I has it a problem with my PHP5? A solution is welcome
:-)
