Blame Hannes :) But I fixed it anyway.

But you don't seem to have SPL installed? Is that your own server? Or
why is SPL disabled. Normally SPL is installed by default, except one
does --disable-all, then you have to --enable-spl by hand. But the CMS
should work nowadays without SPL support, thanks to Hannes and its
DirectoryIterator written in PHP.

I never saw this and never heard of that. strange. Did you do something
special in your directory layout? But honestly, I don't even know, where
to start asking, since I have no idea, why this happens at all
