What kind of spam? Such with funny mail commands? (like content-type, 
Bcc: etc). Or normal Spam? We have those, too.... Not that many, although.

It's the same as with blog-comment-spam. One could  things like captchas 
(those funny letters, you have to type in), blacklists, or whatever. But 
we didn't implement that, since the amount of spam via contact is really 
small here. AFAIK, I did implement something anti-spam (or 
anti-mail-form-abuser)-style into th eform. Can't remember when I did 
that. Was months ago. Which version are you using there?

How? Spammer comes, fills in webform, hits send :) And usually that's 
not even a human, but a simple robot..
