admin lang

Hello Flux folks, 

1/ I created a french translation for the admin
(/admin/lang/master_fr.xml) and set 'fr' as admin language for a test
user. Then I logged off + logged on => nothing changed... still in
english... If I do the same with 'de' (german) it works fine... any
idea?   

2/ I recall that there was a browser language detection on freeflux
accounts. Is it something I should do to activate this on my
installation? on the admin side but also maybe on the public side?

3/ detail : with firefox 2.0 (on ubuntu), the flux contextual menus
(left click on admin tree view, bxe, fck etc...) are hidden by the
firefox default ones...
