No User-Configuration in the admin

Hi all

Just a fews days ago I updated one Flux CMS installation  (Flux CMS  
Version: 1.5.0-dev/r8300) -- and since then I can no longer reach the  
User configuration via the quicklinks pull-down (top right).
Does this problem just exist in my case or is it well-known?
What could be wrong with it since I did not change anything in the  
sources?
