We use the plant-php code for that. We look into the master table, which
users/blogs have recently logged in and then use that list to ask them
via the planet-php aggregator. There's no built in aggregator in Flux
CMS right now. You can obtain the planet-php code via svn from
http://svn.bitflux.ch/repos/public/planet-php/trunk/
