The only problem IMHO is the oneform editor, which displays the numeric entities. You can easily insert UTF-8 characters there (just tested it), but if you reload the oneform editor, you only see character entities. Not nice, but somehow fixable. If you remove that, it shouldn't translate utf8-characters to entities anymore.
