Even that is not true. A "no" means that whoever filled out the form  
at the time when he filled it out thought that he cannot tick it as a  
"yes" with a good conciousness.

With all the directories on the web that I have submitted data to  
about Magnolia in the last three years, I am sure information out  
there is outdated.
