One of my clients (quasi government) is looking for a new Web Content 
Manager with the following qualifications.

*Professional Experience:  *
You will have at least 6 years experience in operating and managing 
sophisticated online applications and will be able to demonstrate your 
skill, understanding and experience in the following areas:

    * Web analytics and reporting;
    * Website editorial management
    * Successful project planning and management;
    * Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships;
    * influencing and negotiating to 'win/win' outcomes;
    * leadership of small teams through challenging situations;
    * Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems;
    * Website programming and technologies;
    * Website best practice design methods especially accessibility;
    * e-commerce, B2B and online fulfillment systems;
    * problem solving both technical and business ICT issues;
    * displaying dynamic, real-time data on websites;
    * server design and planning for system redundancy and disaster recovery
    * 'writing for the web'
