Re: web to print workflow

I know that several of large CM companies profess to allow 
Indesign-based authoring. It looks like a somewhat smaller set of 
companies offer similar functionality for Quark users. I've not used 
any of these myself, so I can't attest to their efficacy.

However, even if CMS manufacturers  were to provide seamless 
integration with Quark/Indesign, you still would face the text-reflow  
problems and high cost of licensing that Pranshu did such a great job 
of addressing.

Another classic print vs. Web problem to mention to address is in 
regard to  formats of graphic images. Will the system that you envision 
be required to optimize photos and illustrations for Web (low-rez, RGB) 
and print (hi-rez, CMYK) on the fly?
