At our organization, we've built a custom CMS over the past few years and have it up and running. The technical side of things seems to be handled just fine, but we're finding that we're really missing the role of an overall site administrator in terms of managing content policies and basically assisting all the content editors to make sure content is up to date, consistent, and the like. Pretty much a copyeditor that knows how to write for the web (has basic HTML skills and the like). If I had to call it something, I'd probably use the term 'editor in chief for web content' or something of the sort. I was wondering if anyone here has formalized a position like that and, if so, if they'd mind sharing the title and or an overview of the job description. _Darrel
