Hi Darrel,

I noticed in The Netherlands, the trend is to call someone in that role a
"content manager", assuming the content manager also has some sort of
organising/coordinating tasks. A "content manager" is usually the "chief web
editor" when a CMS is used (as opposed to a webmaster, who has to craft HTML
by hand and is much more a technical person).
