FYI, approx. half the companies on the CMS Watch list have fewer than 75
employees.  Of course, it's hard to measure the 8 (soon to be 9)
open-source projects, but they're mostly advanced by small companies
too.

While I do have serious concerns about the trajectory of the WCM
capabilities of the 6-8 "ECM Suite" vendors, I can't agree there's some
inverse correlation between vendor size and consultant quality.  But
it's worth repeating what's been said here before: vet the CMS
implementation team at least as carefully as you screen the CMS
software.
