I think this is a nice focus.

P.S. The complete definition of Enterprise Content Management definition
is:

"Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is the technologies, tools, and
methods used to capture, manage, store, preserve, and deliver content
across an enterprise."
What I like about this one is that they do not focus on software (tools)
only.

But I didn't want to start a discussion about definitions, only have my
2 cents about the focus on CM (is it software or perhaps more?).
