Hi Bruce,

There is quite a lot of difference between the typically
document-centric model of ECM and page-centric WCM. This is something
I've outlined in an article:

In practice, organisations will probably need both approaches,
but the challenge is to bring these aspects together into a
seamless experience for the end user...
