I think that unfortunately a site like this will have the harshest
critics looking at it, for all the efforts of the developers.

At least the response is positive in the sense that "we are willing to
fix it" but it is a pay for membership site so I do agree that it
would need to be a bit more professional before making me part with my
£'s, $'s or €'s
