Downtime problems 4. Hacks 5. Setting up an email server eg. lyris 6. Loading custom apps 7. Worrying about backups when hurrican season arrives 8. Experienced some minor pains when dealing with inhouse ftp server (which could potentiall use for this excercise but worry about adding further stress to it with staging environment etc) 9. Laziness 10 Fear But, maybe that is the way to go...but have enough on my plate already don't know if I have the stomach. Remember, any technical problems I can refer to them. If I host it I add all those on top of maintaining fives sites. - Jason
