You need to be very careful when selecting "auto" classification tools.
Initially there's little "auto" about them. And there's always periodic
human intervention.

I remember having to "train" one vendor's software to recognize documents
and categorize them.  We're not talking 20 or 30.  We're talking 20 or 30
thousand. And even then the classification was imperfect and loaded with
exceptions.
