I would completely agree with the statement regarding infrastructure, not just in Denmark but in every country in which I have worked. Leading indicators like customer satisfaction and the way a product leverages current technology can be much more important than historical success, even to financial analysts. In fact, a large installed base makes it hard for a vendor to update their product.
