In Australia, there are over 100 products in the marketplace, almost all of which you might define as "mid-market": http://www.steptwo.com.au/cm/vendors/australian/index.html Here, at least, it's an incredibly even playing field with no dominant players. There is great demand for CMS products, so every vendor is making sales at present. The whole concept of "top vendors" is wrong.
