ill vouch for sitecore

we have been working with them for over a year now, and have a number of services based on v5 of the product.

fast
open api
excellent development program with regular updates
helpful customer service
growing client and partner base..

and yes we are a partner but I have worked with *many* cms solutions in the past and sitecore outstrips most of them

This isn't a direct answer, but we did a long search for a .net CMS
about a year ago and can suggest you maybe check out
http://sitecore.com/

We didn't get a chance to evaluate it back when we did our original
research, but they seem to be continually updating and enhancing this
product.

Digimaker looks nice too, I'll have to check that out.

(And whatever you do, stay away from Web500!)
