Can I toss a few more terms to debate into the mix?

We are also working on an internal CMS and am trying to best describe
the difference between page content and 'other structured content'

For instance, every page on the site can have the text on it edited.
This is just free-flowing text and can vary from page to page.

We also have a lot of structured content: FAQs, Forms, Articles, etc
that all use a custom content template.

So, I'm trying to figure out a non-tech term that clearly separates
'text that appears on a page and is custom to that page' vs. 'content
that is entered in via a structured template and stored in a separate
table to be recalled from various places on the web site'
