Re: Russian (really, any foreign chars) are being stripped

Hi Matthew,
I use MySQL so I hope this is relevant;
Make sure your tables and database are encoded as UTF8.
When you set up your datasource in CF select 'show advanced settings' and 
this into the connection string:
useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8
