Rebuild permissions

Hey guys,

I've got a FarCry 4 to FarCry 6 upgrade going on. Most things are working 
quite well.

However, my permissions table (farBarnacle,etc) is corrupt. It's causing 
odd issues like the Content tab to not appear. I remember (not sure which 
version) you used to be able to rebuild the site permissions (this may have 
only been from DB to cache though, I'm not quite sure).

Anyway, I was thinking I could:

   - blow away farBarnacle, farGroup, farRole, farRole_aGroups, 
   farRole_aPermissions, farPermission, farPermission_aRelatedTypes, 
   farUser_aGroups
   - import farGroup, farRole, farRole_aGroups, farRole_aPermissions, 
   farPermission, farPermission_aRelatedTypes from a working Fandango db
   - recreate farUser_aGroups

Then rebuild the permissions somehow?

My groups are the same as standard, along with permissions. But my objects 
(which are in farBarnacle) are all completely different.

I had a good look through the code base, and could only find the 
farBarnacle stuff being import from a WDDX file upon install, not them 
actually being created.

Any hints?
