Re: Rebuild permissions

Did you upgrade to 5 first?  I don't believe you can go straight from 4 to 
6, but you have to upgrade to 5, 5.1, 5.2 along the way (at least that was 
how I did it a few years ago when I moved several sites from 4 to 6).
