Hi Scott, As Sean said, I'm pretty sure you needed to go to 5 along the way. I did the same process last year and I'm sure it was a requirement so that things like permissions were rebuilt correctly. If you can't start again, maybe worth doing a clean 6 install elsewhere and use that to work out what permissions your missing?
