How do I remove "Copy" from the Menu that appears on the Site Tree?

Hello Everyone,

I am having a trouble with the "Copy" command that pops out when I
right click on a folder on the site tree under the Site Tab.

My problem is this: I have two navigation nodes. Node A and Node B.
User A can only work on Node A. User B can only work on Node B. Now
the problem arises when User B copies the whole Node A and pastes it
under Node B.

Is there anyway to disable the Copy Command unless the user clicks on
his own folder? Same goes for the Move Up and Move Down command.
