Error on Install

First time installing this and have tried two do it with two different dbs. 
I get an error message:

DataSource appa_farcry  
Detail [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]There is already an
object named 'ruleHandpicked_aObjects' in the database.  
ErrorCode 42S01  
Message Error Executing Database Query.  
NativeErrorCode 2714  

since there are no objects in the db when the installers starts, I am not
sure why this is happening.  4.01 version of FarCry
