Hi Brad!

Unless you have really specific needs, I suggest you hire a developer 
from one of the good open source CMS projects. IMHO, it's an inexpensive 
and safe way to be up & running quickly. Ask him/her to install and 
customize for your needs.  As a bonus, the custom features you may need 
(and will pay for) will enhance an existing project.

If you post a link to your specs on this list, you will surely get some 
good advice on specific software. You can try many here:
