I'm looking at TikiWiki at the moment, which looks quite good -

Zope-based ones are good and stable, the only thing I don't like about them 
is the learning curve is quite steep. PHP is easier to learn than Python if 
you do want to expand the system, and there seems to be a larger PHP 
community than Python, although Python is technically the better language 
(currently).
