Compiling from source

Hi,
I have downloaded the source code of jahia and want to compile it. I
followed the instructions in the README file in the root folder.
However, I couldn't understand some of the steps. Like Step 4, it asks to
modify build.properties. but I couldn't find any build.properties in the src
tree.
Is there any other updated document to install jahia on my machine? I intend
to install it on tomcat 5.5 and mysql running on windows.
