Porblems with corp v2 templates

I'm trying to create a site using Jahia 5.01 and when i try and add a
"pages" box to the front/home page i get a jsp error. I posted it to the
bugs but it doesn't seem to go anywhere and just wanted to shoot a message
to the list to see if anyone has gotten around this or if there is a simple
tweak we can try to allow me to create pages on the front page. (works in
every sub page just fine)
