Multilanguage portal with Jahia Community Edition

Hi all,

I'm using the Jahia Community Edition, and therefore the "Manage languages"
option in the Administration interface is not activated. However, it's
essential for my portal to provide at least two languages (English and Greek
for the time being).

Is there another way to add extra languages?
