I think that you could use something like this:

before
- ContainerSorterByContainerDefinitionResBundleCapable sorter =
- new ContainerSorterByContainerDefinitionResBundleCapable(-1,docSort,
-    "directoryDocContainer",jParams.getEntryLoadRequest(),false, jParams);

after
+ ContainerSorterByContainerDefinition sorter =
+ new ContainerSorterByContainerDefinition(-1,docSort,
+    "directoryDocContainer",jParams.getEntryLoadRequest(),false);
