WORKFLOW APPROVAL

Hello,

 

A week ago my jahia 4.1 workflow process has act strange. When I approval
some page their still stay as an editing page (red ball). I can’t get it
approval state (green ball).  But still the pages are publishing normally. I
have no idea what could be possible going wrong?
