strange behavior when creating index via cms shell

Hello everyone,

I have strange behavior when I create an index via the cms shell. I log in as admin in the cms shell, switch to the offline project and create an index via "rebuildAllIndexes" or "rebuildIndex 'index-name'".
I see the created files in the “index/<index-name>” directory. But as soon as I restart the server, the index files I just created are gone. If an index already existed, the "segments" file and the newly added index files are missing.
Does anyone have a similar problem and know the cause of this behavior? If an index is created through the Workplace, this problem does not exist.
