Help needed with install on redhat 8 ( 2.4-18-14 )

Hi I did this first step , but got some errors on my redhat 8 full server 
install ; any help pls...... begently I 'm not a linux guru


Run the script to install the ogo packages as root :

./add_remove_ogo.pl

checking if wget is installed ... OK
Checking Opengroupware packages ... Done
retrieving opengroupware ..... done

Installing PostgreSQL ...

error : failed dependencies ..
libcrypto.so.4 is needed
libssl.so.4 is needed
libpthread.so is needed ...
mx is needed ...

Postmaster already runnning
Stopping postgreSQL [ OK ]
Starting postgreSQL [ OK ]

Installing apache2 module...
...

cp : cannot stat ngobjweb_2.0.40.so no such file or directory
stopping httpd [failed]
starting httpd : syntax error in line 2 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/ogo.conf
cannot load 
/opt/opengroupware.org/opengroupware/WebServer/ngobjweb_2.0.40.so into

cannot open shared object file : no such file or directory [failed ]

installing opengroupware....

shutting down opengroupware [ok]
starting opengroupware [ok ]
