after a gmake install the *cti directories ended up 
in /root/GNUstep/Library/Bundles/
moving them to a more appropriate location did the trick.
now the line looks like:
Mar 26 22:00:13 ogo-webui-1.1 [5856]: |ogo-webui-1.1| CTI Dialers: 
STLIDialer,AsteriskDialer
