No, the object_version fields in OGo existed years before Zope even  
got invented ...

The part which has some Zope inspirations is ZideStore (well and SOPE  
of course, but ZideStore is the only OGo daemon which makes use of  
that).

You can't. This only works for versioned documents, all other stuff is  
stored as usual in the SQL database.
